Packing & Shipping

Sending, or if you prefer collecting your computer is free and we take care of everything, all you have to do is prepare the parcel.
In the email with the quotation of your laptop we attach a form of delivery/pickup you need to fill in and according to your preference the parcel will be picked up in your home or you have to take it to one of the more than 9,000 post offices.
If you choose the mode of pickup in your home, you can choose the day and time that suits you best to have the parcel collected for free.
If you prefer to send it, you must indicate which post office you want to use and we will also prepare the shipping for you for free.

So that your laptop does not get damaged during the shipping process it needs to be packed properly with bubble wrap, foam or similar material in a box according to the size of your laptop, as in a too large box could the laptop could move, causing damage. Try to seal your package tightly with tape. Do not forget to include the filled in and signed sales contract in the parcel! For further questions visit our FAQ or send us an email.

After selecting the shipping option, we will send the necessary documents for sending the package. Just print them and stick them visibly on the outside of the package.

Once we receive your parcel in our facilities and after inspecting the content, we will proceed with the bank transfer or Paypal payment.
