You just have to fill in our application form online with the most important features and the condition of your laptop. With these details our technicians will make an individual and free offer which will be sent to you by e-mail. This email also contains the sales-contract, our shipping address and the possibility of requesting the pickup-service in your house. Whether you want to send by yourself using one of the more than 9000 Post offices in Spain, or if you prefer the pickup in your house, we always prepare send all necessary documents for free. You just have to pack the computer and its accessories properly with packing material (bubble wrap, foam), put it in a box along with the filled-in and signed sales-contract and send it with the documents we sent by mail . Once we receive your laptop in our facilities, our technicians will make a small inspection to verify the condition and specs. If everything is correct we will transfer the money agreed upon in the contract, either to your bank account or your PayPal account, according to your choice in the sales-contract. With bank transfer you will receive the money in about 5 business days and in case you wish a transfer to your PayPal account you will have your money in just 2 business days.
