Velando por tu comodidad, también ofrecemos un servicio totalmente gratuito de recogida en tu domicilio.
Lo único que tendrás que hacer es preparar tu equipo para su envío/recogida.

Where should I send my laptop?
The address where you can send the laptop will be stated in our quotation mail. You can also choose to have the laptop picked up in your house.
What kind of laptops can I sell at recompra.es?
We mainly buy used or broken laptops. We always try to offer the best price but it is difficult to offer a fair price for new devices.
How long does it take for the laptop to reach our premises?
We receive the parcel within 2/3 working days after shipment.
When will I get to know the value of my laptop?
Once you send the application form, our technical team will send a quotation within 24 to 48 hours.
When do I send my laptop?
You can send your computer after receiving the quotation mail with the attached sales contract. You need to complete the contract with your name, address, your passport number and your bank account or Paypal address and once signed it needs to be included in the parcel.
How and when do I receive the money?
You can chosse from two payment methods: By bank transfer or a payment to your Paypal account. A transfer to your bank account will be made about 5 - 7 days and to your Paypal account about 2 - 3 days after receiving your laptop. In cases where the estimation process is difficult, the transfer can take up to a maximum of 10 working days.
How do we estimate the value of your laptop?
The value of your device is priced depending on many factors, among them the most important are: the brand and model and age, processor, webcam and battery. Each quotation is made individually by our technicians to offer you the best possible price.
How can I find out the model of my laptop?
Normally there is a sticker either on the palmrest or on the bottom of the laptop indicating the exact make and model. In the sales applicacion form you can send a photo of this sticker to make it easier for us to make the quotation. There are programs that you can download HERE that display all characteristics and components of your device. If you are unsure about the specs of your laptop, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
